Description :
As a school science lab equipment supplier, Science Lab Supplies manufactures and exports the Hero's Engine, an apparatus within our Energy Physics range used across secondary school, higher secondary and undergraduate physics laboratories.
The bulb is carried upon a metal stand which leaves it free to rotate about its horizontal axis.
A functional glass model of the earliest form of steam turbine.
With 25-30 mL of water put into the bulb and boiled, the increased pressure ejects steam, which causes rapid rotation as per Newton’s third law.
Science Lab Supplies comprising a borosilicate glass bulb 70 mm diameter, with side arms bent at right angles and formed into jets at their tips.
Supplied complete on stand but without burner.
The Hero's Engine is widely used in physics lab equipment setups for energy physics demonstrations, supporting practical experiments for secondary school and higher secondary physics curricula.
As a physics lab equipment exporter in China, we supply the Hero's Engine with full export documentation, and can consolidate it with other Energy Physics or wider physics lab equipment items into a single shipment for schools and institutional buyers.
Quality control checks are carried out before dispatch to confirm the Hero's Engine meets stated specifications, helping schools and colleges standardise equipment quality across multiple laboratory setups.
